Fantastic Water Park!

I absolutely loved the water park at Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort! It has thrilling waterslides for both adults and kids, along with splash zones and jumping platforms. My children spent hours enjoying the various attractions, especially the 3m and 5m diving boards, which were a huge hit! It truly made our stay lovely.

Great Poolside Experience!

The swimming pools at this hotel are fantastic! One is designed specifically for kids while the other is a serene space for adults on the fifth floor. I enjoyed lounging by the pool with refreshing smoothies from the bar—such a relaxing way to spend the day. The atmosphere was lively and fun!

Delicious Breakfast!

Comfortable & Well-Appointed!

I was pleasantly surprised by the room's features. We stayed in a suite with stunning sea views and a complimentary minibar stocked with drinks. The room was clean, spacious, and provided all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. It was a true home away from home.

Overall, my stay was a mixed experience. The hotel looked nice and was quite comfortable, yet the service left much to be desired. I found the dining experience particularly frustrating, and the slow service was disappointing. The good point was the clean and modern facilities, though the noise from nearby construction was an issue.
