The staff was very attentive. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of choices. The hotel location was excellent. It was close to the beach and also the Terminal 21 shopping mall. My kids enjoyed the kid pool and the slide area. The hotel room had clean beds and also a balcony.

The hotel had a kids swimming pool area. It kept my daughter entertained for hours. There is also a water slide for children. I also noticed a handicap access to the main pool, with inclined access.

The room size was good. It had a table and also a wingback chair. The beds was comfy. There was good air conditioning. The room had a balcony with chairs and a table. There were usual toiletries.

Breakfast buffet included many different dishes and sides. It was fresh and nicely arranged. The hotel had attentive staff. They ensured that we were comfortable at breakfast. There was bacon. I had to order from the chef to get it.

The hotel has a prime location. It is five minutes from the beach. It is also close to many shops, bars, and restaurants. A convenience store is located right outside the hotel. Terminal 21 shopping mall is very close by too.

i found the location to be very convenient, close to a shopping mall and the beach. the housekeeper, khun ple, provided strong support and was nice. the kids loved the swimming pool, and the hotel's proximity to the beach and various restaurants was a major plus.
the breakfast got repetitive , a little variety would have been appreciated.

the beautiful king room ocean view had comfortable furnishings. it included air conditioning that worked effectively. the room size suited me well. there were no issues with cleanliness, and the layout was functional.

the kids enjoyed the ground pool area the adult pool on the 5th floor provided a quiet alternative i noticed a 7-eleven store was conveniently located minutes away from the premises. the mini water park was a hit with the children the facility was very well maintained.
the gym could use some updating of its equipment.
